I think that this is a good website about sneezing. It lists many different tyes of sneezing, causes, symptoms, effects, diagnosis, investigations, preventions, and treatments. I found that it used accurate information and is written in a very understandable format. I would suggest this website to any person that wants to learn more about the process of sneezing.

Sneezing is something that everyone does. In this article they describe sneezing as a natural reflux mechanism of the body, like coughing, for clearing irritating toxins or foreign substances from the nose. Sneezing is an involuntary and sudden expulsion through the nose and mouth.
This article about sneezing porvides good information to help understand the process of sneezing. There are four different ways that sneezing can be classified. The first type is Paroxysmal Sneezing which is caused be bacterial, viral, or fungal infection. Continuous or Allergic Sneezing is caused by allergic tendancies of the body. It occurs due to a constant exposure to dust, pets, and etc. Seasonal Sneezing occurs when pollen is in the air. This type usually results due to pollen of trees, grass, or weeds. The last type of sneezing is Perennial Sneezing which occurs throughout the year. This type is caused by any kind of irritation of the nose.
They also privide many causes of sneezing in this article. The first cause is infection. This is the most common cause of sneezing. Some of the factors related to this cause are bacteria, viruses, and fungus. Children are often affected by this cause. They are usually infect at school from other students or infected toys. Some other causes listed in this article are External and Internal factors. Some examples of external factors consistes of irritants(smoke, strong smells, pollution,and dusts), environment (cold weather, rain water, and the smell of sand), contact with animals, household items (carpets, pillows, mattresses,furred and stuffed toys), herbs (plants, grass, trees, and pollens), and some foods can also cause sneezing due to certain preservatives.
Sneezing is one sympton of allergies, but sneezing also comes along with many other symptoms. Some of the symptoms associated with sneezing are watery itchy and burning eyes, nose block, nasal speech, loss of smell, hoarseness breathlessness, dizziness, restlessness, headaches with eye pain, general body aches, nausea, and poor appetite.
The one major effect that sneezing has is that it spreads infection. This articles states many ways in which a person can prevent allergies and sneezing. Some examples include to dust or wear a mask for pretection, avoid working in areas of noxious fumes or polluted air, avoid pets and pollens, avoid exercising or working in pollen rich places, avoid contact with infected persons, avoid drugs or medicines that can cause any allergies, and lastly avoid any kinds of smoke.
Lastly, I think this website provides accurate and helpful information. They list their information in a style in which it is very easy to understand. But I think that it could have described the process and action of sneezing in a more detailed or biological way.

This is another good website. It is very similar to the other one I reviewed. It is easy to use. It has a nice picture of the throat, as well as links to observe definitions, common causes, home care, overview and considerations, and when to call a doctor. Under each option it gives accurate information that is trustworthy and useful. I would recommend this website to anyone looking to be informed about the facts behind sneezing.

I consider this a good website about sneezing. I enjoy using it because it is easy and helpful. It contains a good picture of the throat. I like that it has links to go to different subjects such as, definitions, considerations, common causes, home care, and doctor's care. I think this makes it easier to browse the site. In each section it gives accurate information that can answer anyone's questions about their sneezing problems. It helps people understand causes, as well as consequences. All in all I think this is a useful site.
